Just For Paws Inn takes a limited number of dogs for boarding. When we reach a full capacity, we turn away clients. When we turn away requests, if you cancel at the last minute we have lost business that we were counting on. we cannot replace these spots with another client on short notice. We count on each and every booking.
We have noticed a significant increase in reservations as a "back up". Meaning we book your dog in and a few days before departure receive a cancellation as a family member has come forward and offered to take your dog, We ask that you expore these options BEFORE you book with us. Please respect our time.
Our policy is that 50 percent of the boarding fee is due at the time of booking to hold your spot and the remaining 50 percent is due at drop off. This is non-redundable. No portion of your payment is refundable if you decide to pick up early. Please book the timeframe you intend to use. If you need to add another night or two (or more) for any reason we will ALWAYS do our best to accomodate you.
Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for serious illness, death etc.
